Overview
This website is operated by Geekcident. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Geekcident.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Geekcident website, products, services, and related features.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other applicable policies, including our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or that you have the appropriate consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products, website, or services for unlawful purposes or violate applicable laws while using our services.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or other material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
2. Products and Made-to-Order Merchandise
Geekcident products are generally produced on demand after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, placement, dimensions, and other characteristics accurately. However, colors may appear somewhat different depending on your screen or device, and minor variations may occur during the printing and manufacturing process.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product availability, technical errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from properly fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed when required during checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for purchases made through Geekcident.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Purchases are also governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Because Geekcident merchandise is generally made to order, returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing selections, incorrect color selections, or changes of mind are generally not accepted.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or incorrect merchandise will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Geekcident's original branding, logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, website content, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed for use by Geekcident and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Geekcident's protected materials without permission.
You may share links to our products and website and may share Geekcident's publicly available promotional content for ordinary personal and social-media purposes, provided it is not altered in a misleading manner or represented as your own work.
7. Community Ideas and Submissions
Geekcident may allow customers or community members to submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, comments, themes, or concepts.
Submitting an idea does not automatically guarantee that Geekcident will use, manufacture, publish, or sell the idea.
Submitting an idea also does not automatically entitle the submitter to payment, royalties, ownership in Geekcident, or other compensation unless Geekcident and the submitter enter into a separate written agreement stating otherwise.
You must not knowingly submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
If Geekcident wants to publicly identify a contributor using their submitted tag name and state, we will obtain appropriate permission before doing so.
8. Reviews, Feedback and Other User Content
If you voluntarily submit a product review, feedback, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
You must not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or intentionally misleading content.
Geekcident may moderate or remove user-submitted content where reasonably necessary.
Geekcident will not publicly use a customer's personal photograph or other personal content for advertising merely because it was sent to customer support. Separate permission may be requested when we wish to use customer content for promotional purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
Geekcident uses third-party companies and platforms to operate portions of our business, including ecommerce, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services.
Printful operates as the print-on-demand fulfillment provider behind the store, producing and shipping merchandise after orders are submitted for fulfillment.
Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
10. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, product-description errors, or technical issues may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will take reasonable steps to notify the affected customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Geekcident website or services to:
Violate applicable law.
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
Distribute malicious software or code.
Collect or misuse another person's personal information unlawfully.
Engage in fraudulent transactions.
Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
Impersonate Geekcident or falsely suggest an affiliation with Geekcident.
12. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable products and services. However, except where prohibited by applicable law, the website and services are provided without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geekcident will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Geekcident harmless from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations.
The current version will be posted on this website with an updated revision date.
