What is Geekcident?
Geekcident is an original apparel brand inspired by gaming, trading cards, anime, retro technology, and the funny experiences shared by geek communities.
Are Geekcident designs original?
Yes. Geekcident designs are created as original artwork and concepts. We avoid using copyrighted characters, franchise logos, and other protected brand elements.
How are Geekcident products made?
Geekcident products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production begins after an order is placed.
How long does production take?
Most products are produced within approximately 2–5 business days. Production time is separate from shipping time and may occasionally take longer because of holidays, product availability, or order volume.
How long does shipping take?
After production is complete, U.S. shipping generally takes approximately 1–8 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, destination, weather, or other circumstances outside Geekcident’s control.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, it will be sent after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the shipping label is created.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because Geekcident products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review the product description, sizing information, and color selection carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact support@geekcident.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@geekcident.com as soon as possible. Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Where does Geekcident ship?
Geekcident currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
